Healthy breakfast






Svako jutro volim da obezbedim svom organizmu dovoljno vitamina i energije kako bih mogla da aktivno nastavim svoj dan. Od svih obroka definitivno mi je doručak omiljeni. Zato sam želela da kroz ovaj post pokažem dva brza,zdrava jela koja mogu svi da spreme i da zadovolje svoje čulo ukusa.
Prvo jelo je CHIA Puding.
Za ovo je je potrebno bademovo/kokosovo mleko, chia semenke, maline, banane i žitarice. Potrebno je u čašu sipati mleka i staviti dve pune kašike chia semenki, staviti u frižider kako bi stajalo  oko 8 sati, samim tim najbolje je staviti mleko uveče pred spavanje pa će već ujutru biti spremno za upotrebu. Ujutru treba dodati banane, maline i žitarice po želji i  zdrav doručak je spreman.




Drugo jelo je Healthy Mix.
Za ovo jelo je potrebno bademovo mleko, chia semenke, med, banane , maline, kivi i žitarice.
U Nutri Bullet ( ili neki drugi aparat) ubaciti bananu, maline, kašiku meda, žitarice,chia semenke i malo mleka kako bi smothie bio što gušći. Kad se to završi stavljamo smothie u manju posudu i preko smothie-a ređamo red žitarica, malina, kivi, chia semenki i banana...naravno mogu se i neki drugi sastojci ubaciti. Ovo je nešto što ja najviše volim ujutru da jedem zdravo je i bez šećera što je i najbitnije. Every morning I make sure to get loads of vitamins and energy from my breakfast. I am so much for breakfast in the morning. That is why I wanted to show through this post two quick healthy meals that everyone can prepare and also to satisfy their buds.
First meal is CHIA Pudding.
for this meal you need almond/coconut milk,chia seeds, raspberries,bananas and cereals. You need to pour a glass of milk and put two tablespoons chia seeds, then put it in a fridge for about 8 hours,therefore it is best to put milk in the evening before going to sleep so in the morning it will be ready for use. In the morning you should add banana,raspberry and cereals,and healthy breakfast is ready.
Second meal is Healthy Mix. 
For this meal you need almond milk, chia seeds,honey,bananas,kiwi,raspberry and cereals. In the Nutri Bullet (or some other device) put a banana, raspberry, spoon of honey, cereals, chia seeds and little milk to make smothie was as thick as possible. When this is complete we put smothie in a smaller bowl  and over smothie we put cereals, raspberry,kiwi,chia seeds and banana. This is something that I most like to eat, it is very healthy and sugar free,which is most important.
